Canoes are small, thin boats that Miis use to paddle around in water. Canoes are powered by Miis using paddles to push the vehicle through the water. There are many different sizes of canoes, from single-seat canoes up to canoes that can hold four Miis. While canoes are normally used only in Duckling Lake, the Extreme Canoeist paddles his canoe through the ocean around Wedge Island and Wuhu Island. Canoes can dock at small piers in Duckling Lake, where they hold canoeing races. Canoes are used in the game canoeing, and can be seen in Island Flyover. In a minigame in Wii Fit U, bigger canoes appear, which can hold four canoeists, plus a seat for the team's coach.
