The Nintendo Zone is a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection point that is featured in select areas. The main providers of this service are McDonalds restaurants in Kanto, Chukyo, and Kansai, all in Japan. With the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo 3DS, it will immediately detect when someone comes into range of a Nintendo Zone, though if someone is using their Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite, they will only be able to use the service temporarily.
