Party Phil (originally known as Woopy) is a character and host of Wii Party.
The player will first encounter Phil when they first start the game for the first time. He will introduce the player to the game.
He also appears in Wii Party U, where he is flanked by Party Penny.
Suggestions Button[]
In both Wii Party and Wii Party U there is a Suggestions button where Party Phil will give suggestions for the player(s) on what game mode to play.
