Tomodachi Collection is a life simulation handheld video game for the Nintendo DS, released exclusively in Japan on June 18, 2009. A sequel, Tomodachi Life, was released for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan in April 2013, and was released in North America on June 6, 2014 and Europe on June 2, 2014.
Gameplay[]
The player uses Miis to interact in this game. Players can transfer their Miis from their Wii console to their Nintendo DS, make friends, perform everyday tasks, and give clothes, food, and special items to the Miis to gain experience. Constructed places can be opened once the player has earned enough in-game money by performing tasks.
